MASC is an Educational Foundation, dedicated to the perpetuation of the metal working trades.  The Board of Directors is comprised of Connecticut based manufacturers, manufacturing organizations, educators and state agencies, working together to develop the training and support programs needed by today’s manufacturing community.  We can design specialized training within a matter of days to meet the particular requirements of a company or to support government sponsored career retraining programs.

Our training capabilities are enhanced and augmented through the use of an in house state of the art video teleconferencing center. This enables us to train from our well-equipped shop floor to anywhere in the world.  Our training capabilities can meet virtually any need. We welcome the opportunity to develop and deliver effective, high-level manufacturing training programs in response to the imagination of industry.

WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURERS TRAINING CENTER

At a time when manufacturing has been experiencing a national decline, the precision metal manufacturing sector has been adding jobs in the Naugatuck Valley region, attesting to its continuing strength and importance.

Courses are offered at both Entry and Advanced levels. Manufacturing Alliance Service Corp - Technical Training Center is approved by the State of CT Department of Education to offer all related instruction for the Metal Trades.
